1. Look back to your earliest posts. What were your goals? Did you achieve these goals? If so, what did you have to do consistently to achieve the goals?

  • My goals was to learned many things as possible such has working with impatient nurses, interacting with patients in case they want to talk or something, go to central basement for medicines, Organize files
  • I achieve all these goal by working hard and I tried to be familiar with the nurses to make the work more easier.
  • I pushed my self to be more self directed and more assertive.
2. What are the most important things you’ve learned in the last 12 weeks?
  • The most important thing that I learned was work with impatient nurse, how to organize the patient files, how to make phone call or how to answer it
  • I also developed my communication skills because I often communicate with patients. I gained organization skills because you need to be organized and also prepared all the materials before you start work
3. In what ways have your grown as a student and young adult?
  • When I started internship I see that I have t work hard because I see my self in a while different level. I mostly grew how to be responsible or as a adult . I became more self- directed by working alone.
4. What were the highlights of your internship experience?
  • one my memorable moment were when my Mentor was showing me around, and she really find, friendly person and also my last day at internship because I took pictures with everyone to always remember them. My mentor was pleased about my work an behavior.
5. What's one thing you've learned about the professional world?
  • I learned that you have to try your best to be successful and learned to never give up.
6. What challenges did you overcome?
  • working with impatient nurses

  • finding wheel chairs and transport them to the lobby

7. If you were to start internship next week, what is one thing you would do differently?
  • If I were to start a internship next week. I would start on time because I didn't start on when I was working at the hospital

  • First week of internship you have to be observant and ask question in case u don't get something.
  • always challenge yourself and also don't give up no matter what.
  • talk to your teacher when you are having a hard time.
9. What will you miss about your internship?
I will miss everyone I worked with because they were kind. I mostly will miss my mentor. Since I came int the hospital she was nice to me and made me feel like was home.She really funny, she made me laugh at her jokes.I will also miss head nurse

My internship is at Coney island .It's not far away from my school it take me approximately 15 minute to get to my internship. I get home at 7pm. My schedule is from 12:oo to 4:00
